Qualifying Standards

Organization:
Q1The organization has a signed and current Local/Mid-Level/National Agreement on file.
Q2The organization uses LVA (descriptive) as its organizational name and uses the name and the LVA Logo on all official information and promotional materials.
Q3If community based, the organization has an elected governing body that represents the community and meets regularly.
 
Or
If agency-based, the organization has an advisory board (group) that represents the community and meets regularly.
Q4The organization maintains appropriate legal and organizational documents.
Q5The organization accepts volunteers, employees and students without discrimination on the basis of gender, age, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, political beliefs, and marital or familial status.
Q6The organization maintains records on individual program participants.
Finance and Personnel:
