Roommate Matching

There have been some inquiries about finding roommates for the conference to cut down on expenses. Evey Renner, Program Manager, will provide this service through Email only with the following guidelines:

1. All requests should be sent directly to Evey Renner at her Email address: [email protected]

2. Please list your name, organization, gender (sometimes we can't tell by a name), address, day and evening phone, and Email address.

3. You must list the evenings you want a roommate or your request cannot be processed.

4. Email your request directly to [email protected].

5. Evey Renner will match up critical information, such as evenings requested and gender, and make possible matches.

6. Evey Renner will Email both parties with information about each other.

7. If the two parties involved agree to book a room together, they do so on their own.

8. If the two parties decide it's not a match, they must re-contact Evey if either person wants to begin the process again.

9. Anyone using this service agrees that they will not hold anyone responsible for any compatibility issues in any way. Evey Renner will simply match potential roommates by pertinent information and provide a venue for the potential roommates to discuss the idea.
