National Conference 2000: Show Me the Future!

Public invited to evening with best-selling romance author Nora Roberts The general public is invited to attend a dessert reception with the nation�s best selling romance author, Nora Roberts, on Oct. 4, 2000 at 8 p.m. Roberts is the opening keynote speaker at the Literacy Volunteers of America, Inc. (LVA, Inc.) annual national conference, �Show Me the Future!� The event will be held in the Regency Ballroom at the Hyatt Crown Regency Center in Kansas City, MO. �We are very pleased that Ms. Roberts will provide the opening keynote address at the conference this year,� Marsha L. Tait, LVA president, said. �She has been an active supporter of adult literacy and LVA, Inc. for many years.� Tickets will be available at the door for $25, and include dessert. No advance sale tickets will be available. The event kicks off LVA�s four-day national conference.
