EXHIBITOR�S INFORMATION

Location, set up, tear down:
Exhibits will be held in the Grand Pavilion, 1st floor. Exhibitors may set up their displays Wednesday, October 21, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, and tear down after 12:00 noon Friday, October 23.All exhibits must be vacated by 2:00 pm.

Exhibit dates and hours:
Wednesday 4:00-6:00 pm
Thursday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Adam�s Mark cannot accept exhibit materials. You will be sent a packet from the conference exhibit contractor for ordering fixtures, drayage, etc. upon receipt by LVA National of your booth contract.

Exhibitor information:
The conference registration fee for exhibitors is waived. However, if you wish to attend any special events, receptions, or meals, such arrangements should be requested on the registration form which will be enclosed with your confirmation. On-site sales are permitted.

Lodging:
The Adams Mark Hotel is the host hotel of Literacy Liftoff �98. The special conference rate is $98 single/double, $108 triple/quad, and is subject to applicable taxes. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-436-2324 and mentioning LVA. Hotel reservation deadline is October 8, 1998. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and prevailing rates. The airport is 35 minutes away. Hourly shuttle and taxi service are available.
