Launched in 1998 as part of the SCRABBLE� game's 50th Anniversary, the Literacy Volunteers of America SCRABBLE� Fund-raising Program has already generated over $125,000 to benefit local LVA affiliates.

The LVA SCRABBLE� Fund-raising Program includes a turn-key template for hosting a tournament created by the National SCRABBLE� Association (NSA) along with support from the its staff and NSA members who act as "SCRABBLE� coaches" at the local level. Select primary markets also receive public relations support from Fleishman-Hillard.
