ProLiteracy America and New Readers Press make it easy for program managers, teachers, volunteer tutors, and other adult educators to get training they want, when they want it, and how they want it. ProLiteracy’s new professional development service offers training in several formats: self-paced online courses, regional training institutes, onsite workshops, and customized workshops designed to meet specific staff needs.

Currently, the self-paced online courses and workshops focus on ways to engage students in learning, to sustain student participation, and to improve training skills in any adult education program.
