Shuttle/Taxi Service

The Arizona Stagecoach is available at the airport with shuttle service to the conference hotel. The cost is $18 per person, each way.

Events

Opening Session � Our inspiring introduction to the ProLiteracy Worldwide 2005 Conference comes from the president of the International Center for Leadership in Education, Willard (Bill) R. Daggett, Ed.D. who will address our opening session.

Exhibit Hall Grand Opening � Join us at the grand opening of the Exhibit Hall to learn about new publications from New Readers Press and talk with individuals whose only business is to offer you the latest developments in the adult literacy field.

Student Recognition Luncheon � All conference attendees are invited to recognize and commend our students for their achievements.  This celebration is included in your registration fee.

Annual Banquet � International Poet and Novelist Jimmy Santiago Baca, Ph.D., offers a special keynote presentation. After the banquet, relax with friends and enjoy a student-organized event.

Closing Luncheon � Your last opportunity at the conference to network with literacy leaders from all over the country and to celebrate the closing of another successful conference!

Technology Lab � We will have a state-of-the-art Technology Lab where you can learn about innovative software, explore and practice new skills learned in workshops, and keep up with your e-mail.
